Antero Reservoir 

Antero Reservoir is located in Park County about 30 minutes from Fairplay and about 1 hour from Breckenridge. Antero Reservoir is known for its fast growing large fish due to the abundance of food sources such as scuds. It is a guide favorite because of the excitement that catching these trophy size fish brings. Here you have the opportunity to catch rainbow trout, brown trout, cutbow trout, cutthroat trout, splake, tiger trout, and potentially even a tiger muskie. Depending on weather, we might stay in the shelter in one location for all of or most of the trip. If possible we will stay active searching for fish moving from spot to spot. We promote catch and release of all fish but do allow you to keep 1 rainbow trout per person under 20”.
